Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming shipments against POs and delivery documentation for accuracy (quantity, type, condition).
- Inspect and identify materials (e.g., pipe, valves, components) across the distribution center.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits; reconcile system vs. physical counts.
- Walk the floor to confirm inventory locations, labeling, and proper storage.
- Document and resolve discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages, misplacement).
- Maintain accurate inventory and audit records, updating systems as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and procurement teams to resolve issues and improve tracking.
- Support logistics and receiving processes (no unloading required).
- Assist with process improvements and track KPIs related to delivery and inventory accuracy.
- HS Diploma
- Good job history and tenure
