We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and oversee a variety of projects from initiation to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned projects from initiation through completion.
- Maintain and update project data within Salesforce and the company ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and the finance team to support project delivery.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and financial milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process purchase orders, obtain and review vendor quotes, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking for projects ranging from small to large-scale budgets.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and project governance standards.
- Experience with project coordination and management.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative support.
- Familiarity with purchase order processing and project administration.
- Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AS400, Netlink, and accounts receivable.
- Prior experience working with a large budget, ranging from $1,000 to $40 million.
- Financial knowledge is beneficial but not required.
