Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a team of professionals, managing conflicting priorities effectively.
- Proofread and edit documents, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Perform typing tasks for brokers and other office personnel.
- Format documents and perform redlining using templates.
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing email-heavy communications.
- Back up the reception desk and assist with setting up and taking down events.
- Support the operations team with various administrative tasks, demonstrating a willingness to help.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and proposals.
- Gather and process supporting documentation for financial transactions, abiding by company policies.
- Organize and manage meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain databases, generate reports, and assist with website updates as needed.
- Track and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
- 3 years of experience in providing administrative support in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, with basic Excel skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a personable, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and respond to instructions and correspondence.
- Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with InDesign and DocuSign preferred.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
