Responsibilities
- Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and promptly.
- Duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable including but not limited to:
- Verify and post bills and credits
- Enter, verify, and close debit memos and invoices
- Issuing credits to members’ account
- Verify, match, and distribute vendor invoices with warehouse receiving documents
- Weekly vendor bill payment
- Additional tasks assigned by supervisor
- A degree in Accounting or Finance
- An understanding of and exposure to general operational accounting
- Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and communication skills
- The ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and have a sense of urgency
