Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Associate to provide technical support to internal employees. The successful candidate will assist with troubleshooting network outages, handle voicemail box setup, and offer Tier 1 support. This role involves a balanced mix of phone and email communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal employees.
- Troubleshoot network outages and open trouble tickets with circuit vendors as necessary, including individual stores' internet circuits.
- Set up, configure, and delete voicemail boxes.
- Write clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email, primarily with internal employees and occasionally with vendors.
- Strong customer service skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service performing technical support.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
