What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat and provide clear, customer-focused solutions
- Research, identify, quote, and sell parts and service; proactively up-sell/cross-sell complementary items
- Manage complex or unusual customer requests by researching and partnering with internal teams
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and other departments to support timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Process order entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems
- Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve service and sales processes

- Microsoft Office/ERP (SAP preferred; Syteline 10 a plus)
- Preferred Experience in industrial services/manufacturing environments; familiarity with electrical/mechanical parts, troubleshooting, repair concepts.
