Responsibilities
- Handle all HR functions including onboarding, orientations, and benefits.
- Assist the onsite recruiter with various recruitment functions.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
- Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions.
- Attend and conduct interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, recommending salary ranges and other details.
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory training and certifications.
- Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
- Proactive and independent with initiative-taking ability.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Paylocity is a huge plus.
