Warehouse Associate | Reach & Sit-Down Forklift | 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
2:00 PM Start Time

Training Schedule: Associates will train on a 10:00 AM start time during the first few weeks before transitioning to the regular 2:00 PM shift.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced 3PL distribution environment. This position requires experience operating both Sit-Down and Stand-Up Reach forklifts, along with inventory control, replenishment, order picking, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting and willing to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform e-commerce replenishment activities
• Pick orders accurately using handheld RF scanners
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle count support
• Put away product using material handling equipment (MHE) and handheld scanners
• Load outbound LTL and FTL shipments
• Assist with container unloading and general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS system
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts and Stand-Up Reach Trucks
• Previous warehouse or 3PL experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control and replenishment
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Familiarity with loading LTL and FTL carriers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
