You will help support our ERP system, Acumatica, while also helping resolve common technical issues for end users. Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Assist with data entry, data cleanup, and data validation across modules.
- Support daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory updates, and reporting.
- Document processes, workflows, and system procedures.
- Assist in testing system changes, updates, and new features.
- Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sales to resolve system-related issues.
- Provide basic technical support for end users.
- Set up and configure user workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor incoming support tickets and escalate issues when needed.
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in ERP systems and IT support.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication skills for working with non-technical users.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filters, formulas, and data organization.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic networking knowledge, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers.
- Exposure to Acumatica or other cloud ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Basic understanding of business processes such as inventory, accounting, manufacturing, or order management.
- Experience with ticketing systems or IT support tools.
- Exposure to helpdesk or technical support environments.
