The Enterprise Special Services (ESS) team is expanding rapidly and is in search of a skilled and motivated Account Specialist. This role is designed to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers using Inbound Transportation. As innovation in transportation and logistics continues, there is a constant evaluation of current network shipper defects and improvement through shipper coaching and performance management. The Account Specialist will work directly with shippers to develop solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities
The team operates in a dynamic environment, providing substantial support and training for hard skills. The focus is on interpersonal and organizational skills, requiring candidates to hit the ground running. The role involves working with some of the company's top customers, offering an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door for full-time employment conversion.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
- Address transportation disruptions and other barriers in real-time.
- Identify root causes of transportation defects.
- Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
- Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
- Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.
- Experience in Account Management and Customer Service.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Problem-solving skills in transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.
- Good relationship building and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage disruptions as they occur.
- Technical skills in supply chain.
- Experience from industries such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, or restaurants.
- 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field preferred.
- Understanding of basic data analytical skills.
- Experience in writing documents such as process improvement proposals.
- Entry-level knowledge of MS Excel, including familiarity with spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
