Logistics Account Specialist Opportunity in Atlanta ,GA
Description
- Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers who use Amazon as their freight distributor.
- Provide customer support from the standpoint of operations to solve problems.
- Research and resolve missed or delayed freight deliveries.
- Problem solve using various tools, resources, data analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Will work through 50 vendors to start and expected to work through 175 8 weeks into the role.
- Majority of communication will be in written form and less phone.
Qualifications
- Excellent PC skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Able to analyze and interpret data
- Associate’s required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Combination of degree and industry experience can be considered

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
