Responsibilities

• Convert and enter customer, product, and pricing data from Excel spreadsheets into the JobBOSS ERP system.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer quotes and sales orders.
• Assist with purchase order entry and tracking.
• Maintain data accuracy and system integrity.
• Provide administrative support to operations and sales teams.
• Communicate with customers to clarify order details or provide basic updates.
• After six months, support inside sales activities, including quoting and order management.
• Increase direct customer interaction.
• Learn manufacturing workflows, scheduling, and production coordination.
• Develop towards future growth in inside sales, operations, or manufacturing management.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Strong data entry and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn and work within ERP systems (JobBOSS experience is a plus).
• Basic customer service and professional communication skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
  
  

Work Environment

This role is set in an office environment with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
