They will manage and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery, conformity, and completeness while resolving discrepancies in collaboration with relevant internal and external departments.
Responsibilities
The work hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. The position is computer-intensive, with most of the day spent at a desk, interspersed with inventory checks in the warehouse. - Experience in project management and handling multiple projects or deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as IQMS and Job Boss.
- Buying experience and vendor management skills.
- Experience in aerospace.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Personable and easy to get along with.
- Ability to physically move parts and set up for vendors.
