Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform high-volume data entry related to expense records
- Support accounts payable functions, including invoice matching
- Reconcile accounts and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records within a proprietary accounting system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and workflow
- Provide general administrative and accounting support
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with invoice processing and matching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High School Diploma required (Associate degree preferred)
- General accounting or invoicing experience
- Familiarity with ERP or proprietary accounting systems
- 100% onsite at company headquarters in Schenectady
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule with potential for occasional overtime
- Onsite café available for lunch
