Join our Corporate Office team in Ballston Spa, NY as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This position relies on consistency and precision, offering the stability of a well-defined role alongside a clear path for professional growth.
Duties:
• Financial flow- Full ownership of data entry, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
• Cash management-Prepare and process daily cash disbursements.
• Collaborate: Professional point of contact between vendors, shops, and management.
• Analyze: Go beyond the numbers to identify trends and proactively communicate recommendations to improve internal workflows.
• Provide other essential operational coverage within the office.
Requirements:
• Previous Accounts payable or other general accounting background is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, comfortable learning and navigating new software quickly.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks
• High level of organizational skills and commitment to accuracy.
• Team player mindset with verbal and written communication skills.
