Responsibilities
You will primarily work from home with the expectation to visit the office once every two weeks. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break. Our company offers a comprehensive training program, providing four to six weeks of in-depth learning about our products, processes, and team. - Identify and qualify new customers through various sources.
- Maximize customer interactions by upselling and cross-selling various brands.
- Handle inbound calls and connect customers with the appropriate departments to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Understand customer needs and communicate effectively while ensuring thorough follow-ups.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that aligns with our brand promise.
- Provide expert-level product knowledge that differentiates us in the market.
- Proficiency in inside sales, account management, and data entry.
- Experience in order processing and administrative support.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new technologies.
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communication methods effectively.
- Strong desire to learn new markets and products, becoming a subject matter expert.
