This is a great opportunity to join a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The position involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, qualify them for the program, assist through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. The role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner successfully converted.
Responsibilities
This role involves being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the option to work from home on the remaining days. The position is located in either Greenville or Rocky Mount. The company offers a reimbursement of $50 per month for phone expenses and $0.70 per mile for travel.

Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2-hour round trip driving distance).
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
- Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to enhance delivery experiences.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience in outside/field sales.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in a sales or negotiation role with customers is a plus.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for field applicants.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using multiple systems and technology.
- Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.
