Job Description
The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of CO2 tanks. This position involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. The role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.
Responsibilities
The position is located onsite in Stuart, FL, in an air-conditioned office setting. You will be part of a collaborative team environment. Training is scheduled Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for three weeks in a classroom setting. There are opportunities for career advancement and potential to move to first shift after full-time hire.
