Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Full Stack Developer with a strong background in SAP ABAP and modern SAP S/4HANA development. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise SAP solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of SAP ABAP design, development, and support experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong expertise in Classic ABAP and Modern ABAP development on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience with SAP Fiori, including deployment of Fiori applications.
- Hands-on experience with Key User Extensibility and Pro Developer Extensibility.
- Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Technical leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, two years of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of incomplete education.
- Strong knowledge of the ABAP programming language.
- Ability to work onsite at the company''s headquarters in Holland, Michigan, at least four days per week.
