Lead SAP Full Stack Developer

Location: Holland, MI (Onsite – Minimum 4 Days/Week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Full Stack Developer with a strong background in SAP ABAP and modern SAP S/4HANA development. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise SAP solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of SAP ABAP design, development, and support experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Strong expertise in Classic ABAP and Modern ABAP development on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with SAP Fiori, including deployment of Fiori applications.
• Hands-on experience with Key User Extensibility and Pro Developer Extensibility.
• Experience with RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Technical leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, two years of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of incomplete education.
• Strong knowledge of the ABAP programming language.
• Ability to work onsite at the company''s headquarters in Holland, Michigan, at least four days per week.
