Job Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Deployment: Oversee and support the rollout of OES standards across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Capability Building: Develop training materials, lead regional workshops, and mentor site OES engineers to strengthen their application of lean principles.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor site KPIs (safety, quality, cost, productivity), identify gaps, and work with site leaders to build action plans.
- Best Practice Transfer: Capture and spread successful practices across the region to accelerate learning and consistency.
- Digital Transformation Support: Ensure effective implementation of digital platforms (e.g., L2L, Ignition) across sites, enabling data-driven improvements.
- Change Leadership: Act as a regional change agent, promoting OES culture and ensuring continuous improvement behaviors are embedded in daily operations.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regional progress updates, highlighting risks, opportunities, and support needed for full OES maturity.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience applying lean manufacturing across multiple plants or regions.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and facilitation skills to engage leaders and frontline teams.
- Analytical expertise to interpret performance data and identify systemic improvements.
- Ability to balance hands-on site support with a regional strategic perspective.
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools for operational excellence (L2L, Ignition, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a lean/continuous improvement role; multi-site or regional experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record deploying Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence systems in complex, multi-plant environments.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Deep understanding of Lean principles and tools (Kaizen, Kanban, Standardized Work, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, etc.).
- Experience integrating digital tools and manufacturing execution systems (e.g., L2L, Ignition, or similar).
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills, able to identify systemic trends and prioritize improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and influence leaders and teams at all organizational levels.
- Skilled at leading change and building alignment across multiple cultures and locations.
- Experience in best-practice sharing and driving consistency across sites.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to lead workshops and present to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively across departments and sites.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related technical field required.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
- At least 3 years in Lean/Continuous Improvement roles with proven success in process optimization.
- Multi-site or regional support experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience deploying Lean/OE systems and digital tools (e.g., L2L, Ignition).
- Proven ability to coach leaders, train teams, and influence at all organizational levels.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for computer work and training activities.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to tour manufacturing plants, including standing for extended periods and navigating production areas safely (PPE required).
- Position requires ability to facilitate workshops, deliver training sessions, and observe production operations directly.
- Up to 35–50% travel across regional sites (domestic; some international travel may be required).
- Flexibility to support sites on varying schedules, including occasional extended stays to ensure deployment success.
