QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION:
Registered Nurse currently licensed by the State of Georgia or have a compact/multi-state RN license.

Must have MDS experience.

The MDS Resident Care Coordinator shall maintain resident care plans and perform resident MDS assessments, ensuring compliance with established OBRA standards and guidelines and regulatory requirements by all nursing personnel. The MDS Coordinator must be educated and credentialed in age specific needs of adults and geriatrics as well as physical, psychosocial and cultural needs.
