Qualifications

- Foundational experience or education in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Ability to understand and document Business Requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks.
- Knowledge of Business Process mapping, workflow documentation, and process improvement concepts.
- Familiarity with Information Technology environments, software development life cycle (SDLC), and common enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools; experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, hybrid environment.
- Exposure to project coordination or agile practices is beneficial; prior internship or junior experience in IT or business analysis is an advantage.
