🚨 Hiring: Senior PMP Project Manager
📍 Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite preferred)
📅 Duration: 12 Months
We are looking for an experienced Senior PMP Project Manager to lead a high-profile Revenue Life Cycle Replacement System implementation. This is a complex, enterprise-level project involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
✅ 10 years of Project Management experience
✅ Active PMP Certification (PMI) – Mandatory
✅ Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban & Waterfall methodologies
✅ Expertise managing enterprise software implementation projects
✅ Experience leading business & IT teams through requirements gathering and solution delivery
✅ Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
✅ Experience managing multiple workstreams and large enterprise programs
Highly Preferred:
✔ Cloud-hosted SaaS implementation experience
✔ Healthcare domain experience
✔ Data Modernization & Enterprise Data Warehouse projects
✔ Financial Management System implementations
✔ Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
✔ VITA High Category Project Management experience
