Position: Business Analyst – HealthcareExperience: 3–5 yearsLocation: Open to relocateVisa: AnyRole OverviewWe are seeking a Business Analyst with strong healthcare domain knowledge to support business process optimization, requirement gathering, and data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:* Gather and document business requirements for healthcare-related projects (EHR, RCM, claims, patient workflow, etc.).*Analyze clinical and administrative workflows to identify improvement opportunities.* Work with stakeholders including physicians, nurses, billing teams, and IT.* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.* Support system enhancements for EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).* Conduct data analysis and generate reports on patient outcomes, claims, or operational KPIs.* Manage UAT, test scenarios, and validate system changes.* Assist with compliance and regulatory initiatives (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or related field.* 3 years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare organizations.* Knowledge of healthcare operations, EHR systems, and industry standards.* Experience with process mapping tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL preferred).* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Company DescriptionASTA Corporate Resource Solutions Inc is one of the Fastest Growing IT Companies in Northern America and the DC Metro Area with its headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia.
