Junior It business analyst

We are seeking a Junior IT Business Analyst to support the analysis of business needs and the delivery of effective technology solutions. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented professional who can collaborate with business and technical teams to document requirements, evaluate processes, and help improve organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs and define solution objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Support the development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Prepare process maps, reports, and other project documentation.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
