- Support end-to-end application onboarding into SailPoint IdentityIQ, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, and integrations using Java and SailPoint APIs
- Perform entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling
- Configure and support provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, and lifecycle event processes
- Write and debug BeanShell scripts, rules, and XML configurations within IdentityIQ
- Integrate IdentityIQ with external systems using RESTful and SOAP web services
- Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, schema discovery, and rule execution
- Collaborate with application owners, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to technical documentation, onboarding artifacts, and best practices
- Support peer collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team
- Supporting IT audit readiness and audit remediation activities
- Assisting in development and maintenance of system control documentation
- Supporting implementation and sustainment of RMF and FISCAM controls

Assurit is currently seeking an experienced Junior SailPoint Developer (ICAM / IdentityIQ) to support one of our clients.
About The Role
We are seeking a Junior SailPoint Developer to support application onboarding and identity integration efforts within a federal ICAM program. This role focuses on developing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions while supporting enterprise security and audit requirements in a large-scale environment.
You will work closely with senior developers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver identity governance capabilities that are scalable, secure, and aligned with federal compliance standards.
