Job Summary:
As the Inside Sales Manager at Assured Data Protection, you’ll lead and develop a growing team of 4–6 Inside Account Executives who play a crucial role in pipeline generation and partner collaboration. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive team performance, lead onboarding and development programs, and serve as a key bridge between marketing, outside sales, and our global partner network.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring both quick ramp-up and long-term success of your team, while continuously refining sales processes and engagement strategies to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Pipeline and Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed quarterly goals for lead qualification, opportunity creation, and partner engagement.
- Ensure consistent execution across inbound and outbound sales motions.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing to align on target account strategies.
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 4–6 Inside Account Executives.
- Lead new hire onboarding to accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Build structured development programs to support both short-term wins and long-term career growth.
- Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews and create individualized success plans.
- Support and align with our global channel ecosystem—VARs, MSPs, and distributors.
- Coordinate co-selling strategies and ensure seamless collaboration with field and partner teams.
- Act as an internal advocate to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
- Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into sales activities, pipeline, and KPIs.
- Leverage call intelligence tools (e.g., Gong) to identify coaching opportunities and improve conversations.
- Use data and dashboards to identify trends, remove blockers, and increase win rates.
- Champion operational rigor and process improvement across the sales team.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or channel sales.
- 2 years in a sales leadership or team lead role, with direct management of sales professionals.
- Proven experience developing onboarding and training programs that drive rep success.
- Familiarity with channel ecosystems (e.g., VARs, MSPs, distributors).
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and a data-driven approach to sales management.
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B sales environment (tech, SaaS, or managed services preferred).
- Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools and best practices.
- Experience using Gong or similar tools to coach and improve sales performance.
- Demonstrated success in supporting field sales or co-selling with partners.
