Specialized Experience for the GS-14, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty andresponsibilityequivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:- Working with FHAs healthcare programs and underwriting practices related to Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Section 232, Federal mortgage insurance program; AND
- Experience with financial and operational factors relating to long-term residential care facilities that may expose a potential debt insurer to risk.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume.
Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.

As a Supervisory Account Executive, you will:
- Supervise and guide the assigned staff and establishes their general work priorities, and evaluates performance.
- Provide orientation, supervision and training to staff concerning the marketing and processing of applications for insurance.
- Demonstrate personal leadership and foster organizational responsiveness for assigned functions, maintaining effective working relationships with staff throughout Housing.
- Serve as the voice of FHA in assisting mortgage lenders and health care facilities in the complete spectrum of issues that arise in the course of business.
Salary : $128,967
