Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Notary Public certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing, and general computer operations.
- Excellent communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions, demonstrating proper grammar and spelling.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong dedication to providing quality-focused customer service with a positive attitude.
- Uphold high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex title documentation.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to team success.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare Closing Disclosures, Settlement Statements, and closing documentation
- Work closely with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
- Verify and accurately input property tax and mortgage loan payoff information
- Conduct thorough reviews of title documents to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accuracy standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the closing process and addressing concerns or questions promptly.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Execute tasks efficiently while managing workload effectively.
The base salary is aligned with similar roles at the Company and serves as a guideline. Actual offers will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, location, market conditions, and other compensation factors.
