Location: Central & Southern Ohio (Columbus & Cincinnati Markets)
Title Client is seeking an experienced Senior Escrow Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive residential escrow experience, strong knowledge of the Columbus Realtors' standard purchase contract, and familiarity with the Central Ohio and Cincinnati markets. Commercial experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of purchase and refinance escrow transactions
- Prepare and balance CDs; wire and receive funds
- Clear title issues and obtain payoffs
- Lead and review team members' work
- Build strong client and partner relationships
- Coordinate closings and resolve issues quickly
- Active Ohio Title Insurance License (required)
- Extensive residential escrow experience; commercial experience preferred
- Familiarity with Columbus Realtors' contract and local markets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
