Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Proven ability to provide excellent Legal Advice to clients
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research
- Skilled in Negotiation to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Experience with personal injury or wrongful death cases is preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
