What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant -North Charleston SC position at Associates Asset Recovery?
Associates Asset Recovery is looking for an energetic person who likes to stay busy and work primarily outside at our local repossession lot location.
Job Details and Requirements:
- Inventorying Personal Property out of vehicles as well as storing the personal property.
- Preparing all vehicles for redemptions and for transport.
- Preparing lot inventories
- Maintaining the lot which can include grass cutting, weed eating, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Basic computer skills which include uploading pictures, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Requires active driver’s license.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
Associates Asset Recovery does offer health benefits after 90 days of employment as well as vacation and PTO days.
