The District Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence. Daily tasks include leading and mentoring store managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining high-quality service and food standards, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies for growth. The role requires frequent visits to store locations to ensure consistent execution and overall success of operations.

- Experienced leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in operations management, performance analysis, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strong customer service expertise, communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with staff and guests.
- Knowledge of restaurant industry best practices, food safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and efficiently manage time.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous multi-unit management experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
