Role Description
This is a full-time, Maintenance Worker role located in Imdianapolis, IN. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the community’s properties by performing routine preventive maintenance, addressing repair needs, and ensuring common areas and equipment are in excellent condition. Responsibilities include handling basic carpentry, plumbing, and operating power tools and equipment safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Communication with the management team and adherence to safety measures are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and related equipment
- Skills in Carpentry and general repair work
- Basic knowledge of Plumbing systems and techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in property or facility maintenance is preferred
