What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Senescent Healthcare?
Keep facility in clean orderly condition.
Maintain building, preforming minor and routine painting , plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
Mow lawn, trim shrubbery and cultivate flower beds.
Notify management concerning need for major repairs and or additional lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Clean snow and debris from sidewalks.
Sweep, mop, shampoo carpets when apartment space is empty.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence,
While preforming the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms and talk and hear. Also, is required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch crawl. Must at times lift and move up to 50 lbs.
