Required Skills:
- Five or more years of project management experience in Technology
- Experience in broker dealer/financial services or other heavily regulated industries
- Strong organizational skills in planning, implementation, and reporting projects
- Proficiency in managing the full project lifecycle and project budgets
- Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to identify and manage risks effectively
- Knowledge of software tools such as Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet
- Business and IT strategy expertise
- Previous experience in delivering large-scale technology projects, including infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership capability
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to engage staff, peers, and stakeholders in project delivery
- Flexibility to manage multi-faceted projects and project budgets
