Job Responsibilities
- Style set up across multiple accounts
- Purchase order creation & maintenance
- Sample management
- Internal – incoming samples from overseas
- External – approvals and shipments to & from accounts
- Organizing in house samples
- Cross-functional collaboration with overseas and domestic partners to ensure on time and accurate shipping
- Follow through and follow up with multiple business partners daily & weekly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving: identify where there is an issue and suggest solutions
- Attention to detail
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to work autonomously
- Juggle competing priorities with ease
- Be a team player, with ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Willingness to take on new projects
- Previous corporate retail experience
- Jewelry knowledge and/or experience
- Familiarity with shipping & logistics
