The Company:

What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting new account setup and advisor onboarding on a high-performing operations team. You'll process account registrations and related documentation with speed, accuracy, and strong customer service—helping new advisors get up and running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on investment account knowledge who can ramp quickly, work confidently with minimal training, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Role Logistics:
- 6-month contract
- Location: Fort Mill, SC
- Fully onsite (Monday–Wednesday in office)
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay rate: $23/hr
Qualifications:
- Strong investment account knowledge (IRAs, registrations, and multiple account types)
- Financial services operations experience (brokerage/bank/operations environment)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
- Professional written and verbal communication (phone and email)
- Ability to ramp quickly with minimal training and deliver consistent output under deadlines
- Preferred: advisor onboarding/transitions/account-setup workflows; brokerage back-office processing and work-queue management; account transfers (ACAT/Non-ACAT) or mutual fund transfers; knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, fixed income, options, equities, variable annuities); tools such as BETA, ClientWorks, Documentum, Visio, Adobe, or Siebel
