Qualifications
- Experience applying agile practices across diverse teams, cultures, and environments, supporting initiatives of varying size and complexity
- Strong working knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
- Proven ability to coach both new and established teams, helping them meet delivery goals and evolve their agile maturity
- Hands-on experience with common agile delivery and planning tools
- Several years of experience in agile coaching, scrum facilitation, or delivery leadership roles, with a strong understanding of agile roles and ceremonies
- Relevant agile certifications preferred
- Experience working closely with product-focused teams
- Background supporting teams working with AI, data, or advanced technology initiatives
- Guide cross-functional teams in delivering complex initiatives within established timelines and scope
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to align priorities, question assumptions, and ensure realistic delivery plans
- Promote continuous improvement across delivery practices, team effectiveness, and operational processes
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Advocate for agile values and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency
- Establish and maintain delivery metrics and reporting to support visibility and informed decision-making
