Required Skills
- Current Accident and Health and Life Insurance License
- Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, health insurance, or administrative support
- Strong relationship-building skills with brokers and clients
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage renewal strategies
- Insurance agency experience
- Experience with large group benefit strategies
- Knowledge of diverse insurance products and proposals
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market competitiveness and product recommendations
- University degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry or healthcare benefits sector
- Ability to operate remotely in designated states or hybrid in specific locations
- Willingness to engage in continuous education and special projects
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service and solutions

Salary : $75 - $80
