What You Will Do:
- Lead process reimagination and workflow redesign to support the rollout of the Varicent sales performance platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed business requirements.
- Partner with risk management teams to review process controls, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Develop process flows, training materials, and communication strategies to facilitate change adoption.
- Design and execute test cases, validating system functionality and business needs.
- Support frontline operations post-implementation by troubleshooting issues and providing continuous improvement insights.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in process optimization, business analysis, or operations within financial services.
- Strong process mapping skills and experience with tools like Lucid or similar.
- Proven ability to analyze and identify weak points in workflows and propose effective solutions.
- Experience with business requirement grooming and process documentation.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Varicent or similar sales compensation platforms.
- Prior experience supporting compensation-related initiatives or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of risk management controls and system testing procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, especially in financial services or advisory compensation projects.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Tempe, AZ), balancing in-office and remote work.
- Flexibility to accommodate early start times (8:00–8:30 AM), with the capacity to work independently with little supervision.
- Willingness to engage in a contract role lasting through project completion, with potential for ongoing engagement based on project needs.
