What You’ll Do:
- Act as a subject matter expert in business requirements, process analysis, and data quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize compensation data workflows.
- Perform basic SQL queries and analysis to develop data-driven insights that support strategic decisions.
- Support user acceptance testing and partner with technical teams to validate data architecture.
- Enrich, map, and transition compensation data from legacy systems into new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to process redesign, reporting revamps, and build user interfaces for operational workflows.
What You Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or business management.
- Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying process weaknesses.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with compensation systems, data integration, and business intelligence.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma).
- Experience with regulatory controls and audit standards like SOX or SSAE16.
- Prior experience with Varicent or similar sales performance platforms.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Process Management, or Operations.
- 3 to 5 years in data analysis, financial operations, or related projects.
- Ability to step into the role quickly with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Tempe, AZ).
