Required Skills
- 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in order management or manufacturing
- Proficiency with Oracle and Salesforce (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with high-volume customer support environments
- Knowledge of order processing systems or ERP software
- Familiarity with billing and service resolution processes

Preferred Education and Experience

Other Requirements
- On-site/hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote), operating on an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM basis
- Ability to support high-volume customer interactions
- Must be eligible to work locally in the designated region
