Broker Support Representative (Hybrid – California)
Join a large insurance organization and partner with sales managers and brokers to deliver a strong customer experience and support sales outcomes. You’ll provide solutions aligned to small group strategies, help evaluate and engage target brokers, and maintain strong product knowledge to support quoting and service needs.
Responsibilities
- Support small group strategy execution through broker-facing solutions
- Assist with evaluating target brokers and supporting engagement plans
- Build and maintain strong product knowledge to support sales outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Accident & Health and Life Insurance License
- 2–3 years of related experience (customer service, health insurance, administrative support, etc.)
