Required Skills
- Experience leading a tech team in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions
- Proficiency in AWS platform and Cloud DevOps
- Strong background in .NET core, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, Typescript
- Knowledge of front-end platforms like Angular, Nx.Js, and testing platforms such as Cypress, Jest
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance trading platforms/applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the trading domain with backend trading and order execution workflows
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and stream processing with Kafka or similar technologies
- Knowledge of capital markets and trading flows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience leading full stack applications as an Engineering Tech Lead
- 8 years of experience with .NET core, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/Postgres, Kafka, Microservices, Angular, Typescript
- 6 years of experience with designing scalable APIs using containers
- Experience with caching techniques and stores, front-end platforms, and test platforms
- Ability to interface effectively with senior executives and business stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical applications on time
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently

Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
