The ideal candidate will have strong background in application systems analysis, multi-platform support (Windows/Linux), and integration of vendor products.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in application systems analysis, multi-platform support (Windows/Linux), and integration of vendor products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system design and business information flow studies
- Develop technical specifications, use cases, and wireframes
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing
- Support enterprise applications in both Windows and Linux environments
- Manage multi-project assignments in complex server environments
- Maintain and remediate defect lists and testing activities
- Recommend platforms, tools, and security protocols to support business processes
- Provide hands-on support for batch data loads and application interfaces
- Install, configure, and upgrade vendor products in Linux and Windows environments
- Collaborate with third-party vendor support centers for issue resolution
- 5 years of experience in application systems analysis and support
- Strong technical expertise with:
- Windows/IIS servers
- Citrix
- WebLogic
- Oracle & SQL Server databases
- RedHat Linux
- Active Directory
- FTP/SFTP, XML, HTML, Web services, Distributed Computing
- Proficient in supporting batch data loads and application interfaces
- Proven success installing/upgrading vendor applications
- Experience supporting firewall-protected applications
- Experience with Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with Postgres databases
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience
