Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of financial and/or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Associate Degree in accounting or related field
• Knowledge of legal and company accounting policies and regulations
• Experience with other accounting software
• Strong mathematical application skills
• Prior experience with financial statement preparation

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate Degree in accounting or related financial discipline a plus
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial or accounting roles
