Required Skills
- 15 years of related industry experience or equivalent
- 7 years leading senior client-facing professionals
- Deep knowledge of defined contribution plans, ERISA, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven success managing large institutional relationships ($500M plan size)
- Strong executive communication and influencer skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with financial and business analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, dashboards)
- Knowledge of recordkeeping operations within the retirement or financial services sector
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices
- Advanced certifications or licenses (e.g., FINRA Series 6/63/26) within specified timelines
- Demonstrated strategic planning and organizational skills
Preferred Education and Experience

- Licensing as required under relevant laws within 5-9 months of employment:
The following licenses are required within 5 months of employment: Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63). The SIE exam may be a requirement.
