We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This position plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service while managing a high volume of phone calls and front-desk activity. Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and route them appropriately using clear and professional phone etiquette

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting visitors in person and over the phone

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and organized

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed
